Inspired by the Pop Art movement, her comic like, cheerful, funny style of painting is a deliberate contrast with the deeper message of each painting, thereby inviting the spectator to think about what he or she is really looking at.

For her colourful works, she uses a combination of mixed media techniques, such as digital assemblage, collage, acrylics, ink, textile, photography and graphical elements.
